(ORAL) By way of present petition preferred under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 the petitioner has sought quashing of impugned order dated 29.10.2024 (Annexure P-5) passed by the Court of learned Judge, Special Court, Ludhiana, whereby the bail/surety bonds of the petitioner were cancelled and forfeited to the State and non-bailable warrants were issued against him in case No.NDPS/22112/2023 titled State vs. Harpreet Singh arising out of FIR No.92 dated 07.10.2023 registered under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Jodhan, District Ludhiana (Rural).
