Heard the learned counsel representing the parties. 2.

A final decree for partition of the joint property has been passed. The execution petition is pending before the Executing Court, wherein the judgment debtor No.1, namely late Sh. Amar Nath through his legal representatives, has filed the objection petition. 3.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the aforesaid objection petition has not been decided as yet. The learned counsel representing the respondent No.1 submits that he has no objection if the objection petition is directed to be decided. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the present revision petition is disposed of by directing the Executing Court to decide the objection petition, if not already decided.
