The aforesaid case was filed on 31.01.2019 by Mr. Neeraj Gaur, Advocate. The Registry had raised objection on the case file on 01.02.2019.

As per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, the petition on which objections have been raised by the Registry is to be taken back by the counsel/party, who filed it, to be re-filed within a total period of 40 days. The present case was filed on 31.01.2019 and the Registry raised objections on 01.02.2019, but neither the petitioner nor her counsel ever turned up to receive the present case and file the same after removal of the objections as raised by the office.
