The prayer in the present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.6 (Sub Divisional Officer (C), Hisar) to complete the regular enquiry dated 13.11.2020 (Annexure P-6) pending against the petitioner within a time-bound period.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Rajesh Gaur, Addl. A.G., Haryana has joined the session through video conferencing and accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents.

The issue in hand relates to genuineness of Class-VIII Certificate of the petitioner and the enquiry in this regard is stated to be pending since 13.11.2020.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SDM, Hisar, has stated that the aforesaid enquiry shall be concluded within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order of this Court.
