Despite repeated calls nobody has appeared on behalf of petitioner.

A perusal of previous order dated 20.03.2026 shows that on last occasion also the petitioner was unrepresented. On last date a direction was issued to the Registry to inform the counsel for the petitioner. As per report submitted by the Registry learned counsel for the petitioner has been informed through e-mail.

Despite the above mentioned information the petitioner is unrepresented today. Thus, it is apparent that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.
