Prayer made in the present petition was for quashing of the order of promotion of respondent Nos.3 and 4 on 19.07.2000, Annexure P-12. 2.

Mr. Patwalia submits that he is unable to establish contact with the petitioner as the letter sent by him has been received back with the remarks that he had superannuated and there is no fresh address available of his.

Disposed of, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case need arises.
