(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 for re-investigation personally or direct any higher officer or special investigation team in case FIR No. 65 dated 06.03.2022 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 109, 354-A, 354-B, 376 and 511 read with Section 34 IPC, Police StationUrban Estate Rohtak or in the alternative to submit the status report of the aforesaid FIR.

At the outset, on instructions from ASI Manju, learned counsel for the State submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous as after completion of investigation, cancellation report has already been presented by the police before the Illaqa Magistrate on 27.04.2022.
