Learned State counsel is directed to ask the concerned SHO to verify the factum of death of the appellant and report in this regard be submitted on the adjourned date.

State counsel submits that the appellant- Mohinderpal Singh has expired and has handed over a copy of death certificate dated 06.04.2018 in the Court which is taken on record.
