(ORAL) After arguing the case for some time and faced with the fact that the petitioner is involved in three more cases under Excise Act and 10 cases under IPC, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and prays that a direction be issued to the trial Court to dispose of regular bail application of the petitioner expeditiously.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court and moves an application for regular bail within a period of 07 days from today, the trial Court will decide the same within 03 days thereafter.
