(ORAL) Present petition has been filed with a prayer that a direction be issued to the authorities to release the petitioner on parole for a period of six months.

In the reply, which has been filed by the State of Haryana, it has been submitted that the petitioner is already on parole since 07.04.2020 with the exception of the period i.e. 25.03.2021 to 22.05.2021.

This fact is not denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
