Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.2 dated 05.01.2024, under Sections 406, 420, 427, 448 and 506 of IPC, registered at Police Station NRI, District Patiala.

Vide order dated 08.02.2024, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurdeep Singh for ASI Sohan Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. 4.
In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 08.02.2024 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the Manju 2024.03.21 10:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
