HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.796 dated 20.10.2020 under Sections 147, 148, 294, 323, 506 IPC, 1860 and Section 3 Sechedule Castes and the Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Amendment Act, 2015) registered at Police Station HTM, District Hisar.

Vide order dated 17.02.2021, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Amar Singh states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 17.02.2021 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the MANOJ KUMAR 2021.09.14 09:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
