Prayer made in the present petition is for quashing of the order dated 13.01.2022 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mansa, whereby application under Section 147 of NI Act moved by the petitioner in Crmiminal Complaint No.CIS No.NACT-400-2017 dated 16.10.2017 titled as 'The Mansa Central Co-op Bank Ltd. vs. Sukhjeet Singh, was dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of the guidelines issued by Hon'ble the Supreme Court in Sanjabij Tari vs. Kishore S. Borcar and Another, 2025 INSC 1158, the offence under Section 138 NI Act can be compounded without even the complainant agreeing to the same, on an application filed under Section 147 of NI Act, that has wrongly been dismissed by the trial Court.
