In this case, counsel representing the appellant was elevated to the Bench. Thereafter, notice was sent to Sh. IPS Doabia, Advocate, who manages the office. The notice sent to Sh. IPS doabia, Advocate, was returned with the report 'Notice to parties'. Thereafter, this Court once again made efforts to serve the appellant, which is Municipal Committee, Hoshiarpur. The notice sent to Municipal Committee has been received back with the following report:- "Notice issued to the appellant for 16.03.2018 has been received back through FAX with the report that that the details of the case mentioned in the summons of the Hon'ble Court are not known and therefore, requested to intimate for which purpose these summons are related so that summons may be served through the concerned clerk/authority and send back the same to the Hon'ble Court"
