The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.162 dated 19.10.2019 registered under Sections 363, 366-A, 120B IPC registered at Police Station City Batala, District Gurdaspur.

By an order dated 07.02.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners and directed them to join investigation. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from SI Baljit Singh submits that the petitioners have joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.
In view of the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 07.02.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
