(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to issue appointment letter to petitioner for the post of Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sale), in State Bank of India and allow the petitioner to join the services with immediate effect as the respondents are not issuing appointment letter to the petitioner despite the fact that the petitioner has cleared the written examination, along with certain other prayers. The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has been rendered infructuous because the petitioner has joined some other establishment.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
