Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Alia Masih, states that the statements of the petitioners as well as the private respondents have since been recorded. It has been stated by the petitioners that they do not apprehend any danger to their life and liberty at the hands of the private respondents. The respondent Nos.4 to 6 have stated in their statements that they have no objection to the relationship of the petitioners and that they have not extended any threats to the petitioners. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the State, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not wish to press the present petition.
