Though the main petition is posted for further proceedings on 09.04.2026, Mr. Sharma puts in appearance on behalf of the petitioner and states that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the main petition and the same after being preponed to today be permitted to be withdrawn.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Institute has no objection to the withdrawal of the main petition by the petitioner. 4.
In the light of the above development, the main petition, by consent of learned counsel for the parties, is preponed from 09.04.2026 to today and after taking it on board, is permitted to be withdrawn. Resultantly, the applications filed by the applicant for his impleadment in the main petition and for clarification/modification of the interim order passed in the main petition on 04.02.2025 have been rendered infructuous and are disposed of as such.
