Ms. Aditi Girdhar, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J .(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the petition qua petitioner No. 2 - Inderjeet Dhamija.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn qua petitioner No. 2 - Inderjeet Dhamija. The petitioner seek quashing of FIR No.49 dated 15.1.2019 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467 and 468 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Karnal and all criminal proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of a compromise having been effected between the parties. Vide order dated 4.2.2019 the parties had been directed to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court so as to get their statements recorded as regards the genuineness of the compromise. Report of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karnal has been received who has stated that he has recorded statements of KAMAL KUMAR 2019.05.16 10:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-5358-2019 - 2 - complainants Sharwan Behal and Rajender Narang and also of accused namely Raj Kumar Juneja, who have all stated that the matter stands compromised amongst the parties. It has specifically been opined that the parties have entered into compromise voluntarily and without any pressure or any undue influence.

In view of the aforesaid compromise and bearing in mind the law laid down by Full Bench of this Court in 2007(3) RCR (Crl.) 1052 Kulwinder Singh and others Vs.
