***** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU, J Fifth petition has been filed under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail to the petitioner pending trial in FIR No.158 dated 22.06.2015, under Section 15 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available before learned trial Court in view of order dated 07.09.2020 passed by Co-ordinate Bench in CRM-M-8520-2020.
