Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter-alia, for quashing of order dated 19.11.2020 (P2), transferring respondent No.5 as Head Mistress from Government High School, Khirkian Wala, Sri Muktsar Sahib to Government High School, Sangu Dhon, Sri Muktsar Sahib and permitting her to join at the latter school.

Learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that his grievance stands redressed, therefore, the present writ petition is rendered infructuous.
