(Oral) Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the entire amount has been deposited with the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, however, counsel for the petitioner submits that the same has not been released. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous, with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Dasuya, District Gurdaspur, to release the amount within a period of four months from today, failing which the petitioners will be at liberty to revive this petition, if so advised.
