The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 22.12.2025 passed by Division Bench of this Court in CWP-38371-2025, whereby, a direction was issued to the respondents to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondents contends that in compliance of order dated 22.12.2025, speaking order dated 13.02.2026, Annexure R-1, has been passed. The same is taken on the record. She further contends that copy of the same shall be provided to learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
