(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the transfer order dated 30.01.2024, Annexure P-2, to the extent name of the petitioner has been illegally and arbitrarily included in the transfer list dated 30.01.2024, Annexure P-2. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that, at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case he is permitted to make a representation to the competent authority under Clause 6 (vi) of the Transfer Policy of Skill Development & Industrial Training Department, since he has already joined the new place of posting pursuant to the impugned order of transfer. Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before respondent No.2 within a period of one week from today. In case any such representation is filed, the same shall be decided by respondent No.2/Director General, Skill Development and Industrial Training (HQSDIT) Department, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receiving the representation.
