HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint case No.33 dated 16.1.2015 titled as D.S Mohi vs. P.L Midha filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The petitioner is stated to have been declared as proclaimed person.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner never received summons in the said case and in fact, the summons were sent at his previous address. The petitioner is already appearing in two other complaint cases filed by the same complainant and there was no reason for the petitioner not to appear in the present case. Notice of motion.
