This is a petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No.0151 dated 25.10.2019 registered under Sections 363, 366-A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station C-Division, District Police Commissionerate Amritsar on merits. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Joginder Singh states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch the cancellation report in the present case stands accepted by the Trial Court. 3.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
