(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing criminal complaint No.1057 dated 05.06.2008 titled as "Khushminder Singh @ Khuswinder Singh v. Hardev Singh and others" under Sections 323, 324, 325, 452, 506, 120-B read with Section 34 IPC pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Fatehgarh Sahib.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court within seven days from today and raise all the pleas, which have been raised in this petition. Trial Court shall decide the bail application of the petitioner, if any moved, within next seven days in accordance with law.
