By this petition, filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner seeks issuance of a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to decide Annexure P-1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner obviously does not go beyond the afore-said prayer.

Consequently, without making any comment on the grievance as made to the SSP, Sirsa, vide the representation Annexure P-1, the petition is disposed of with a direction to said officer to hear the petitioner and any other concerned person and to take a decision as per law within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
