State counsel on instructions from ASI-Kulwinder Singh submits that the appellant has expired and has handed over a copy of death certificate in support thereof which is taken on record. However, as per State counsel, the name of the appellant is Bimla Kaur in the death certificate and she was also known as Bimbo and as per the said certificate, this is the same person who had expired.
