*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the impugned order dated 23.12.2024 (Annexure P-7).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy of appeal as provided in the Act. 3.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
