(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, inter alia seeking directions to the official respondents No.2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action against respondents No.5 to 11 and also take cognizance of the representation dated 29.12.2020 bearing UID NO. 1946075 (Annexure P-4) with a further prayer to direct respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family at the hands of private respondents.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. H.S. Multani, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 (State). Copy of the petition has already been supplied to the State through e-mail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 25th December, 2020 (Annexure P-4) and take appropriate action.
