**** MANISHA BATRA, J. (oral) Learned State counsel has submitted that the cancellation report has been presented before the concerned Court on 15.04.2024 and notice to the present petitioner who is complainant in this case is ordered to be issued for 04.07.2024.

In view of submission so made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take all legal pleas available to the petitioner before the trial Court in accordance with law. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
