NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel contends that the present petition was filed in the year 2007 and thereafter personal appearance of the petitioners before learned Trial Court was exempted by this Court. Thereafter, the petitioners have not contacted the counsel. On the last date of hearing, this Court had directed learned Trial Court to send the status of the case pending before the said Court. The status report received is as under:- "
