The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents concerned, to make a decision in accordance with law, and, pass a speaking order upon the representation (Annexure P-3) within three weeks from today.

During the course of hearing, being done upon the representation, it is open to the petitioners to place before the authorities concerned, tangible evidence with respect to life endangering threats being meted to them by the respondents concerned. If as a matter of fact, therefroms the authorities concerned consider them to be life endangering threats, thereupon, they shall provide adequate security to the petitioners, for ensuring that their life does not become endangered. 4.
