Anjana Garg, pending adjudication before Principal Civil Court at Bathinda.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2-NHAI submits that the application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has since been decided by the concerned Court on 02.04.2025 and therefore, present petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 3.
