**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) Order dated 20.02.2023 says as under:
"Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of directions to official respondents to provide protection of life and liberty to the petitioner, at the hands of private respondents No. 3 to 5.
In the memo of parties of the instant petition, petitioner is told to be resident of State of Maharashtra and in paragraph No. 2 of the petition it is mentioned that petitioner-Dr. Ganesh Digambar Ingole is a qualified Doctor and is registered with Rajasthan Medical Council, Jaipur for the purpose of practice as doctor. Petitioner is stated to be running a drug d-addiction centre with the name and style of Vishwas Psychiatric Clinic, Court road, Sangria, District Hanumangarh (Rajasthan) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners failed to explain that how petitioner is aggrieved or apprehensive from the respondents, who are working in the police department of State of Punjab, thus, counsel seeks time to clear the issue.
Adjourned to 14.03.2023."
Today on the very outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
