(ORAL) The petitioner herein seeks the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.1 dated 01.01.2021 registered at Police Station Sadar Khanna, Police District Khanna, under Sections 15 and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Amar Singh of Police Station Sadar Khanna, submits that in compliance of the order dated 17.02.2021 as passed by this Court, the petitioner had joined in the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required and he is not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature. In view of the above-discussed submission of learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioner vide the said order dated 17.02.2021, is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
