H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) As per report received from the Mediation Centre, the matter has been compromised between the parties. Settlement/agreement in that regard has been forwarded to this Court. The details of terms and conditions settled between the parties are incorporated there, including one of the condition that the respondent would withdraw petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, filed by him against the applicant, in the Court at Tarn Taran and similarly, applicant would withdraw the litigation initiated by her against the respondent.

It being so, the application is dismissed as having become BANITA CHUGH 2019.09.13 16:58 I am the author of this document

TA No. 116 of 2019 -2infructuous. However, it is observed that in case the respondent does not withdraw the petition from the trial Court as agreed by him, then the applicant shall be entitled to approach this Court again seeking similar relief.
