RAJIVE BHALLA, J (Oral) Counsel for the appellant states, on instruction from Mr. Ajay Kumar Gupta, that in case the appellant is allowed to pay the amount demanded by the Electricity Board at a reasonable rate of interest and in installments, the appellant shall pay the amount, so demanded. Counsel for the PSEB states, on instruction from, Er. Balbir Singh, that the appellant has to deposit Rs.31229/- with interest at the rate of 9% per annum. The total amount payable by the appellant as on date is Rs.1,28,686/-. Counsel for the appellant accepts the offer. In view of the statements made by counsel for the parties, the judgments and decrees passed by the courts below are modified in terms of statements made by counsel for the parties. The appellant shall pay a sum of Rs.1,28,686/- in twelve equal monthly installments, commencing from August, 2015. No order as to costs.

Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.
