*** NIDHI GUPTA, J (Oral) Prayer in this revision petition is for seeking directions to the Lower Appellate Court to decide the appeal i.e. Civil Appeal No.134 of 2014 titled as 'Chander Kanta and another vs. Hari Krishan' in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that aforesaid appeal had been decided by the Lower Appellate Court vide judgment dated 30.08.2017. However, the respondents approached this Court by way of RSA No.4633 of 2017 and vide order dated 02.02.2018, this Court set aside the judgment dated 30.08.2017 and remanded back the matter to Lower Appellate Court.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, in view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Lower Appellate Court to decide the Civil Appeal No.134 of 2014 within a period of 8 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
