(Oral) After arguing the matter for some time and in view of the fact that it has been brought to the notice of this Court that the official of the complainant - Bank, who was examined as PW-1, and sought to be re-examined by way of moving an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C., was dismissed by the trial Court, primarily on the ground that the petitioner/accused himself has summoned the witness of Bank as DW-2 along with the entire record and therefore, the petitioner is just adopting the delaying tactics, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
