**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no adverse order has been passed against the petitioners and only the claim of the petitioners is that their selection in pursuance to the advertisement for the post in question, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-3 should be made in accordance with the State policy and the directions be issued to the respondents that the benefits which the petitioners are entitled for, under the State policy issued by the State should be made admissible to them. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that in case there are instructions/policy issued by the Government, which are to be followed by the respondents-department while making appointment for the post in question in pursuant to the advertisement (Annexure P-3), the same will be followed in letters and spirit especially when nothing has come on record before this Court that the said instructions are being violative.
