No one was present on 06.05.2026 to represent the petitioner and on next date of hearing i.e. 07.05.2026, proceeding was deferred for today, on request of petitioner's counsel.

Today the present case was called for its hearing twice i.e. once around 10:30 AM and now again at 03:00 PM, but again there being no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the same for want of prosecution. 4.
