(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that he does not have any instructions from his client and has been unable to contact him. On the other hand, learned State counsel has informed that despite specific directions issued by this Court directing the petitioner to join investigation vide order dated 17.2.2020, the petitioner has not joined investigation till date.
In view of the aforestated position wherein the petitioner has chosen not to comply with the directions issued by this Court, he does not deserve the concession of anticipatory bail.
The instant petition, as such, is dismissed.
