(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 438 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.15 dated 29.01.2023, registered under Sections 294, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (Amendment 2015) at Police Station Bond Kalan, District Charkhi Dadri. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Special Court to avail his remedy in due course of law.
