RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to the respondents to adjust him on the post of Chowkidar under the EDUSET against the vacant post The grievance of the petitioner is that he was appointed as Peon cum Chowkidar under EDUSET on 15.01.2013 and was relieved on 31.07.2016. Now the posts are lying vacant and the respondents are not adjusting the petitioner.

In this regard, petitioner had given legal notice dated 26.10.2019 (P-6) but no action has been taken till date. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State. Without commenting upon merits of the case, this petition at this stage is being disposed of by giving direction to the respondent No. 3 to decide the legal notice dated 26.10.2019 (P-6) and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law and if vacant posts are available, the petitioner be adjusted keepig in view instructions dated 02.02.2019.
