Main case The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to regularise the petitioner's services under Regularisation Policy, dated 18.06.2014, Annexure P-5, on parity with similarly situated employees.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the third respondent. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case the third respondent is directed to decide his pending legal notice dated 16.11.2022, Annexure P-22, in a specified period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending legal notice, dated 16.11.2022, will be decided by the third respondent-Director, Haryana Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within three months.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 5.
