  The present petition has been filed under Section 483 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking regular bail in FIR No.104 dated 21.07.2024 under Section 196, 299 of BNS registered at Police Station Anaj Mandi, District Patiala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail by the trial Court which has rendered the present petition infructuous and prays for withdrawal of the same. 3.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous.
