The present petition pertains to the year 1997. In the order dated 23.05.2019 Mr. C.B. Goel, Advocate representing Gyan Kaur had prayed for some time to implead the legal representatives of Gyan Kaur. It was further directed that no further opportunity shall be provided for impleading the legal representatives. Till date, despite taking numerous adjournments, no application has been made to implead the legal representatives. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instructions in the matter. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of the petitioner.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
