*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition but a direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Learned State counsel has informed that out of 26 PWs cited 11 PWs have been examined and now the case is fixed for 25.2.2020 for remaining prosecution evidence.

Permission is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously by giving short adjournments preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
